HOW TO BOOK A WEDDING BAND

 

Booking a wedding band or any wedding vendor for that matter can seem like a tedious process. First you have to google search and find bands you like, then you need to get quotes, go see them play, go over a contract, provide a deposit, go ovetr repertoire etc.

 

When booking TJC we make that process simple.

 

Initially we send you our information package which includes our a la carte services and pricing, popular wedding packages and helpful information like FAQ's. Once you have decided which services you would like to book with us we send out a detailed but easy to read contract. Our booking agents go over the contract with you and make sure you understand everything clearly. Once agreed upon and signed we require a 50% deposit to book the date. The remaining balance is due on your wedding day.  

 

We then keep in touch with you along the way during the wedding planning prcoess. 30-60 days before your wedding date we connect again and go over schedule, repertoire, song requests and all the final details. 

 

We then arrive with our AV team with lots of extra time to set up and sound check and play our hearts out for your special day!
